The 20% Co-Host Fee is charged based on the Accomodation Fee MINUS any site booking fees (such as the Airbnb Host fee). There are no set up fees and no monthly minimums.

Each property is different, but you can expect to pay the following:

• Consumables: We handle restocking and consumables are reimbursed to us each month. This includes linens, coffee, soaps, etc.

• Cleaning Services: Once again, this is coordinated for you and is reimbursed at the end of each month.

• Utility Fees: Electric, Internet, HOA, etc

We have a fantastic cleaner that we can recommend, or we can coordinate with one you’ve interviewed. We will coordinate their schedules, handle their payments (reimbursed monthly), and their 1099 filings.

We are not licensed in Hawaii at this time, and have chosen to specialize as co-hosts instead of Property Managers.
